OUR SERVICES
We offer online booking Services (“Services”) through our website so that our Guests can easily book any of the tour and activities packages available on our Website (“Tours”). No registration is required to buy tours or activities on the Website.
1.2. Services offered by Wannado Tours as an online travel agency allows its Guests to select and book tours and activities provided by Tour Operators, through our Website in an easy and fast way.
1.3. Our Guests can easily select and book any of the Tours available on our Website, filtering by price or by keywords on our Website, all for your convenience and ease.
1.4. Our Website offers our Guests access to a shopping cart to select, save and reserve any of the Tours, for greater ease and comfort of each Guest.
1.5. All our Tours indicate the following information on our Website:

-Tour guide.
-Payment currency.
-Price.
-Departure / Return Location.
-Items Included.
-Items Not Included.
-Tour Gallery.
-Features (if applicable).

1.6. Our Guests also have available for each Tour on our Website, the following Sections: Overview; Details; Reviews; and FAQ.
1.7. The prices of the Tours available on the Website will always be shown accurately and clearly.
1.8. The payable price for booking each of the Tours will be as shown on the Website. Our prices include all taxes, VAT and all other levies.
1.9. Wannado Tours and/or Tour Operator can change the prices on the Tours at any time without notice, these changes will not affect bookings that have been previously placed by the Guest.
1.10. The Guest accepts that Wannado Tours is an intermediary between the guest and the Tour Operators responsible for the Tours available on the Website.
ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The use of the Website and its Services is strictly available only for individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts as prescribed under local and/or international applicable law.
2.2. Only individuals who have the legal age as prescribed by applicable laws, as to being competent to enter into a legally binding contract, are eligible to use the Website and its Services.
2.3. Individuals who are below legal age as prescribed by applicable laws (“minor”), as being incompetent to enter into a contract, including but not limited to un-discharged insolvents, who cannot create legally binding contracts under law, are not eligible to use the Website and its Services.
2.4. Guests may use the Website and its Services for their personal use only (or for the use of a person, including a Wannado Tours or other organization, which a Guest validly represents). The Guest may not use the Website and its Services for any other purpose, or in connection with any other commercial activity, without Wannado Tours express prior written consent. The Guest may not use the Website and its Services in violation of any laws, regulations, ordinances or regulations.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
3.1. The Guest can select and book online any of the Tours available on our Website, without having to register and/or create an account on the Website.
3.2. Our Website allows the Guest to select and save one or more Tours in its shopping cart for the convenience and ease in the payment.
3.3. Wannado Tour accepts the following payment methods through its Website (“Payment Methods”):
– Debit cards.
– Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
3.4. To reserve our Tours, the Guest must provide Wannado Tours with the following information:

– Day.
– Hour
– Number of participants.
– Discount coupons (if applicable).
– Payment Method
3.5. In order for you to pay for the reservation of the selected Tours, you must provide Wannado Tours with the following information (“Personal Information”):
(i) Contact information:
– Full name.
– Phone number.
– Email address.
(ii) Payment information:
– Card number.
– Name printed on card.
– Expiration date (Month and Year)
– Country.
– CVC.
– Zip code.
3.6. The Guest will receive the acknowledgment of receipt of the bookings once the payment has been authorized. Wannado Tours reserves the right to put any booking on hold if Payment Method used by the Guest is refused or declined by the bank for any reason. The Guest is responsible for providing a secondary valid Payment Method that enables Wannado Tours to process the booking.
3.7. Wannado Tours does not store your Payment Method information. All payment details entered through the Website are encrypted when you enter them. Communications to and from the service provider’s site are also encrypted.
3.8. Wannado Tours will not provide any Guest payment information obtained through the Website to any third-party companies or individuals unless required to by law, regulation or court order.
3.9. Payment Methods details provided by the Guest during the use of the online booking services will be legitimate, valid and accurate, and that shall only use Payment Methods legally owned by the Guest. Wannado Tours will not be liable for any Payment Methods fraud resulting from inaccurate, incorrect, or unlawful information provided by the Guest. Any liability arising from fraudulent acts to Payment Methods by the Guest, as any responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the Guest.
3.10. Upon payment by Guest, Wannado Tours will confirm payment receipt, and issue the Guest an invoice by sending it to the email address provided by the Guest during the reservation and payment process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Each Tour specifies its Cancellation Policy separately on our Website. Please carefully read the Cancellation Policy of each Tour available on our Website, before making a booking.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
Wannado Tours will make its best efforts to provide and/or make the Website and its Services available in an uninterrupted manner to the Guest. However, the Website and its Services may be subject to downtimes and/or may not be available temporarily due to scheduled maintenance activity initiated by Wannado Tours, and such scheduled maintenance activity may be notified to the Guest by email from Wannado Tours. In addition, the Website and its Services may be unavailable due to unscheduled emergencies and/or for other causes beyond Wannado Tours reasonable control and for such unscheduled emergencies prior notice shall not be given by Wannado Tours.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
6.1. Each and every intellectual property right and copyright held by Wannado Tours in relation to the Website and its Services; as to any inventions; patents; trademarks; logos; business secrets; domain names; and know-how, among others, that currently exist and/or that have existed in the past and/or that may exist in the future with respect to Wannado Tours and/or Services (“Intellectual Property”), are exclusive property of, and belong solely to Wannado Tours Corp. Likewise, Guest accepts that all moral and patrimonial rights to Intellectual Property belong solely and exclusively to Wannado Tours Corp.
6.2. Guest must not reproduce and/or disclose and/or use in its own benefit or for the benefit of any third parties, in its original or converted form, or in any other way, whether directly or indirectly, any Intellectual Property belonging to Wannado Tours Corp.
6.3. The Guest accepts that the use of the Website and its Services is exclusively limited to the provisions established in these Terms and Conditions, and in our Privacy Policy and that the Guest has no right to claim any right or interest of any kind on the Website and its content and/or Services and/or the Intellectual Property and/or any other right associated or arising from such Intellectual Property.
DISCLAIMER, WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED AND IS AVAILABLE “AS IS”, WITH THE EXCLUSIVE PURPOSE THAT OUR GUESTS CAN RESERVE, BOOK AND FULLY PAY ANY OF THE TOURS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE.
7.2. WANNADO TOURS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR:
(I) DAMAGE CAUSED BY GUEST TO THIRD PARTIES AS A RESULT OF THE VIOLATION OF ONE OR MORE ARTICLES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND/OR THE PRIVACY POLICY.
(II) THE VIOLATION OF ANY LAW, REGULATION, RIGHT OR JUDICIAL ORDER IN WHICH THE GUEST INCURS.
7.3. THE GUEST AGREES THAT WANNADO TOURS IS AN INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN THE GUEST AND THE TOUR OPERATORS PROVIDING THE TOURS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE; FOR THIS REASON, WANNADO TOURS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR:
(I) THE AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SAFETY OF THE TOURS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE, WHICH ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TOUR OPERATORS THAT OFFER TOURS SERVICES.
(II) DAMAGE CAUSED TO ANY GUEST BY TOUR OPERATORS ARISING OUT OF TOUR OPERATORS POLICIES.
(III) ANY USE OR ILLEGAL AND/OR IMPROPER PRACTICE AND/OR NEGLIGENCE AND/OR FRAUDULENT INCURRED BY THE TOUR OPERATORS.
(IV) BREACH OF ANY LAW OR REGULATIONS APPLICABLE, BY TOUR OPERATORS OFFERING TOURS SERVICES.
7.4. WANNADO TOURS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR THE SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF ANY TOUR AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE, CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE AND/OR BY TOUR OPERATOR AND/OR THIRD PARTIES.
7.5. THE GUEST EXEMPTS WANNADO TOURS OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, FOR THE SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF ANY TOUR OFFERED BY ANY TOUR OPERATORS.
7.6. THE GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT OF NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH ANY TOUR AND/OR IN THE EVENT OF ANY CLAIM RELATED TO ANY TOUR, THAT MUST BE ADDRESSED DIRECTLY TO THE TOURIST OPERATOR.
7.7. WANNADO TOURS WILL BE HELD LIABLE SHOULD IT FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT CAUSING ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE GUEST THAT WAS FORESEEABLE, AND AS A RESULT OF WANNADO TOURS BREACH, OR IF IT SHOULD FAIL TO USE REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL. HOWEVER, WANNADO TOURS WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS THAT WERE NOT FORESEEABLE. FORESEEABLE LOSS OR DAMAGE WILL BE UNDERSTOOD IF AN EVENT IS OBVIOUS OR ABLE TO BE PREDICTED AT THE TIME THE GUEST MAKES A BOOKING ONLINE, AND CAN BE ANTICIPATED BY BOTH WANNADO TOURS AND THE GUEST.
7.8. WANNADO TOURS DOES NOT WARRANT AND DISCLAIMS THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AND/OR PROVIDED IN A TIMELY, SECURED MANNER, UNINTERRUPTED, FREE FROM ANY ERRORS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VIRUSES OR OTHER MALICIOUS SOFTWARE.
7.9. WANNADO TOURS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, THAT THE WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICE WILL WORK PROPERLY ON ANY GIVEN DEVICE OR WITH ANY PARTICULAR CONFIGURATION OF HARDWARE AND/OR SOFTWARE, OR THAT ANY SERVICE WILL PROVIDE COMPLETE PROTECTION FOR THE INTEGRITY OF SELECTED DATA, INFORMATION OR CONTENT STORED OR TRANSMITTED VIA THE INTERNET.
7.10. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WANNADO TOURS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON ASSOCIATED OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS PARTNER, BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOSSES WHATSOEVER, WITHOUT REGARD TO CAUSE OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
7.11. WANNADO TOURS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR THE SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, TERMINATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF WEBSITE SERVICES, CAUSED BY FORCE MAJEURE OR THIRD PARTIES.
7.12. THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF WANNADO TOURS LIABILITY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON ASSOCIATED OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS PARTNER CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE THEIR POTENTIAL LIABILITY FOR ANY MATTER THAT MAY NOT OTHERWISE BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED BY APPLICABLE LAWS.
CHANGES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wannado Tours reserves the right to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modified Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website and will come effective five (5) days following its publication on the Website. In case Guest does not agree to such changes, it must indicate so by communicating it by email to: [email protected] , within five (5) days following said publication, in which case you must leave the Website immediately and must not use our Services. Upon expiration of this term, it will be understood that the Guest accepted such modifications made to our Terms and Conditions.
INDEMNITY
9.1. The Guest declares that the use of the Website and its Services is intended for lawful purposes only and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
9.2. Guest shall indemnify and hold Wannado Tours, its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, third-parties and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless against any and all claims brought by a third party for actions arising from or related to the unauthorized use of the Website and its Services, including but not limited to the misuse or operation of the Website in combination or modification with other hardware or software belonging to a third party alleging infringement and/or misappropriation of its intellectual property rights.
TERMINATION
10.1 These Terms and Conditions will immediately terminate upon Guest breach of any of the obligations in this agreement. Wannado Tours reserves the right to any other remedies available under law in the event that Guest breaches any of the obligations under these Terms and Conditions and adversely affects Wannado Tours.
10.2 Wannado Tours reserves the right to terminate or restrict your use of our Services, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever. Wannado Tours may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Wannado Tours Services without any notice or liability.
FORCE MAJEURE
If Wannado Tours is prevented from carrying out its obligations under these Terms and Conditions as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to unavailability of any communication system, virus attack in Wannado Tours technological systems, breach, sabotage, Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Floods and Failure of Service Providers, wars, acts of government, then in such an event, Wannado Tours shall be relieved from its obligations and liabilities under these Terms and Conditions as such fulfillment of the obligation is prevented.
NO WAIVER
Wannado Tours failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of its rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Guest in performance or compliance with any obligations on these Terms and Conditions.
ENTIRETY
These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and any other document related, constitute the entire agreement between Wannado Tours and the Guest, and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. These Terms and Conditions supersedes and replaces any other agreement you previously entered into with respect to a prior version of our Services.
SEVERABILITY
If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy and/or any other document related, to be invalid, such invalid provision shall be severed and have no effect on the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions and/our Privacy Policy, and they shall continue in full force and effect.
NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, express or implied, is intended to or will confer upon any person other than the Guest, any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of these Terms and Conditions. No person other than the Guest may bring a cause of action pursuant to this agreement.
ASSIGNMENT
16.1. The Guest may not assign its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Wannado Tours.
16.2. Wannado Tours may assign these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion without any prior written consent by the Guest.
INTERPRETATION
The headings in these Terms and Conditions do not affect its interpretation. The use of any gender includes all genders. The singular includes the plural and vice-versa. Where a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning. Any reference to “use” of any software, Service or Update by you shall be deemed to include any installation of any such software, Service or Update by you (unless the context otherwise requires). These Terms and Conditions was originally prepared in the English language. Although Wannado Tours may provide one or more translated versions of these Terms and Conditions for your convenience, the English language version of these Terms and Conditions will be the governing version of this agreement in case of any conflict or discrepancy. In the event that an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, in any judicial proceeding or otherwise, these Terms and Conditions will be construed as having been drafted jointly by the parties, and no presumption or burden of proof will arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida, United States of America without regard to conflict of laws provisions. In case of any disputes, Wannado Tours and the Guest, hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of State of Florida, United States of America.

“Service and/or Services” means Services offered by Wannado Tours, as described in Section 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
“Wannado Tours” means the online reservations platform for tours and activities, operated by Wannado Tours Corp., legally incorporated and domiciled in the State of Florida, United States of America.
