How much does a boat ride cost in Miami?
- Ticket prices start at $35 per adult (ages 12 and up), $25 per child (ages 5-11), and children 4 and under go in for FREE. Please note, all reservations must be made online on our website.
Are reservations required for the cruise?
- Yes, advance online reservations are required. We do not accept walk-in reservations.
Where can I park my car?Â
- There is a covered parking garage. After entering the main entrance at NE 3rd Street, stay to your left and follow signs to the parking garage. There is also street parking in front of the Marketplace and additional parking towards the back of the mall.Parking is not included with the ticket purchase. The parking rate varies depending on the duration of your stay.
What language is the tour offered in?Â
- The cruise is narrated by a local guide in both English and Spanish.
Can I reserve my seat on the boat?Â
- No, the seating for the ride is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is the boat wheelchair accessible?Â
- Yes, we do have boats that are wheelchair accessible. Not all of the boats are wheelchair accessible, so please contact us and we’ll tell you at what time that boat is going to be going out.
Can I smoke on the boat?
- No, we do not permit smoking on the boat.
Can I bring my own food and/or drinks on the boat?
- No, we do not permit any outside food or drinks.
Do you have a bar on the boat?
- Yes, we have a cash bar serving drinks and light snacks. We offer a full premium cash bar so passengers can purchase drinks, sodas, beer, wine and a variety of cocktails and liquors.Light snacks (popcorn, candy, chocolate, Frito-Lay products) are available for purchase during our public cruises.
How many people can your vessels accommodate?
- Our vessels can take a maximum of 120 passengers.
Can I bring a stroller on the boat?
- Yes.
Do you offer group discounts?
- Yes, we offer group discount for 35 or more.
Do you offer military discounts?
- Yes, call our office and we’ll give you the military discount.
Are there restrooms on the cruise?
- Yes, all of our vessels come equipped with individual restrooms for both women and men. They are located on the first deck.
